Tanja Jurkin, Ivan Ilakovac, Ivana Landripet, Ružica Šoić and Anđela Pustak, team from HRZZ project, participated in the 33rd Miller Conference on Radiation Chemistry held from 5-10 November 2025 in Dubrovnik. Anđela Pustak, Ivan Ilakovac, Ivana Landripet and Ružica Šoić were members of the Organizing Committee, while the leader of the Research Project dr. Tanja Jurkin was the main Organizer, i.e. Chairman of the Organizing and Scientific Committee of the  Miller Conference. This is the first time that such a prestigious Miller conference on radiation chemistry has been held in Croatia. Within 7 Sections during 5 days, 7 introductory lectures, 15 invited lectures and 57 oral presentations were held. 50 participants presented themselves at the poster section.

Ivan Ilakovac at the 33rd Miller conference on Radiation Chemistry presented the results of research as part of his PhD with a poster presentation Ivan Ilakovac, Ivan Marić, Ivana Landripet, Anđela Pustak, Tanja Jurkin, Enhancing Magnetic Hyperthermia via Phase and Morphological Control of Radiolytically Synthesized Iron Oxide Nanoparticles  and won the Best poster presentation award! 

Ivana Landripet at the 33rd Miller conference on Radiation Chemistry Landripet presented the results of the research on the project with a poster presentation Ivan Marić, Lara Mikac, Goran Dražić, Anđela Pustak, Ivana Landripet, Marijan Gotić, Tanja Jurkin, Microstructural characterization and potential environmental protection applications of composite iron oxide/Ag nanoparticles.
